No. We assess and restore the roof and hand over a documented roof to your team. The array, the customer relationship on the solar side and the installation stay with you.
Commercial roof assessments are currently free. Restoration is priced per building once the assessment confirms the scope.
Manufacturer system warranties of 10, 15 or 20 years are available on qualifying roofs. The term depends on the coating thickness specified, and the warranty is issued by the manufacturer after installation by an approved applicator, final inspection and payment in full.
NanoGuard is headquartered in Whitby, Ontario and serves Ontario from Hamilton to Ottawa.
