Issued by NanoTech Materials on eligible projects that are registered before work starts and installed to its written specification. Terms of 10, 15 or 20 years, with No Dollar Limit (NDL) and materials-only options.
WARRANTY
Two layers of accountability.
Every NanoGuard commercial restoration carries a manufacturer system warranty and our own workmanship guarantee. Here's how each one works.
Commercial roof restoration

Some substrates are specified heavier. Example: NanoTech's 10-year EPDM assembly is two coats, 3 gallons per square, 42 mils dry.
NanoGuard 2-year workmanship guarantee
On top of the manufacturer warranty, we guarantee our installation for 2 years. Workmanship defects are repaired at our cost with no dollar limit. We respond within 10 business days, or within 24 hours when it's urgent.

GoNano NuRoof treatments come with a limited manufacturer warranty against product defects. It can be transferred to a new owner if you sell your home, through GoNano's assignment process. The exact term for your roof is written on your estimate, and the warranty is registered after treatment.
Keeping your warranty valid
- Keep gutters and drains clear and trim back overhanging trees.
- Tell us before adding solar panels, HVAC units or other equipment on the roof.
- Have repairs to treated areas approved before they're made.
